Hello! I’m Josie.
I am a self-taught designer from the suburbs of Chicago, passionate about seamlessly telling stories through visual design. Well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, social media, and brand strategy, I use my detail-oriented and driven nature to best market a product or service.
Design is everywhere—and I’m keen on using creativity as a means of connection.
Education:
I graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. Specifically within my major, I specialized in Integrated Marketing Communication with a strong interest in design.
I studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain in the fall of 2019 at ELISAVA: Barcelona School of Design and Engineering. Here, I was enrolled in the Design and Visual Arts program which is where my love for design sparked.
