4THOUGHT
A creative chess game
Designed by myself and two partners at Elisava Barcelona School of Design, 4THOUGHT is a forward-thinking chess game designed to make a statement regarding climate change. We handcrafted the chess board and used a wood-burning tool to create the surface of it. This design was inspired by the quote: “In climate action, as in chess, forethought wins.” Our primary focus was to represent how the earth can diminish with certain moves that humanity makes.
